12 Week Course teaching you the basics of running.

 

If you're a total beginner or returning to running after a very long break and want to set yourself a goal of running 5k, this is the course for you

These varied sessions will work on your technique, speed and endurance to help you fine-tune your running and help you achieve your goals 

Never underestimate the importance of this kind of training.  This fun and varied run helps you become stronger and more resilient to the demands of running, lessening your chances of injury.  Building strength is so important and will make you a more efficient, stronger and faster runner.  With balance, core stability and agility thrown in too you will get a great all round workout.
