    ZERO to 5km
    12 Week Course teaching you the basics of running. If you are a total beginner and want to set yourself a goal of running 5km, this is the course for you.
    £40.00 for the whole course (payable in 2 instalments)

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS
    Our regular twice weekly varied running sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  For anyone running the 5km distance and upwards.
    £3.00 per session
    Private "one on one" Sessions are available

    BESPOKE RUNNING GROUPS
    FITNESS ASSESSMENT
    If you have a group of up to 6 people, we can coach your own group, whether running for the first time or for a specific goal, your time, your venue  (subject to availability.
    £25.00 per session
    An assessment of your fitness for running including agility, balance, coordination, strength, speed and endurance.  Measure your progress and/or set new goals and identify any areas for improvement.
    £30.00 per assessment (one to one)
    RUNNING GROUPS
    Strength & Conditioning Class for runners in our own private gym.
    £4.00 per session
