12 Week Course teaching you the basics of running. If you are a total beginner and want to set yourself a goal of running 5km, this is the course for you.

Our regular twice weekly varied running sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. For anyone running the 5km distance and upwards.

BESPOKE RUNNING GROUPS
If you have a group of up to 6 people, we can coach your own group, whether running for the first time or for a specific goal, your time, your venue (subject to availability.
An assessment of your fitness for running including agility, balance, coordination, strength, speed and endurance. Measure your progress and/or set new goals and identify any areas for improvement.
